Q. If I haven't finished school, can I do your programme?

 A. Of course. Our personalized approach allows you to come in at any level of ability. We then work with you to increase your confidence.

  

        Q. Do you cater for slower learners as well?

        A. Yes, with small target-group or individual classes.

  

        Q. Can I start a foreign language as a mature adult if I've never done one before?

        A. Yes, you can. We accept all ages.

  

        Q.  How many students are in a typical class?

A. Two to four students are in the average class. However, special arrangements can be made for group business training.

  

Q. Can I do one-on-one classes?

A. Yes, we have special provision for individual classes.

  

Q. When can I do in-person classes?

A. Our class times are flexible. You can attend morning, afternoon or evening classes.

  

Q. What are the fees for classes?

A. Fees are calculated on an hourly basis and, on an average, vary between $US 11.00 and $13.25. (See full fee schedule)

  

Q. How is payment made?

A. Payment can be made in cash or by cheque for a period of at least one month in advance.

  

Q. Is there a registration fee?

A. Yes. All new students can register for any discipline for US$ 15.00.

  

Q. If I miss a class, can it be made up?

A. Yes, provided you give notice of your unavailability, alternative arrangements may be made. However, fees do not roll over to the next month/class period.

  

Q. How long does it take to see improvement?

A. That really depends on you. However, the average     student will see measurable improvement in three to six months.

  

Q. How do I monitor my progress?

A. We have various assessment methods, including quizzes, mini projects and tests.
